The Weekly Offering
This is how nourishment shows up week after week.
This weekly practice is a meal prep offering — food made with care, shaped around the rhythms of your life. Rooted in Afro-Caribbean tradition and guided by season, this work is designed to support you where you are.
There is no fixed menu.
No template to fit into.
Each week begins with listening.
What This Looks Like
Meals are prepared with intention—familiar flavours, thoughtful combinations, and food that holds well through the week. The kind you can return to at the end of a long day and feel steadied by.
This offering is for those who want to be nourished without having to think about what’s for dinner. For those who value care, consistency, and food that feels like it was made for them — because it was.
These are not fixed menus.
They’re glimpses into how the Weekly Offering might take shape, depending on the level of care, volume, and rhythm your week asks for. Each menu is built around seasonality, repetition where it helps, and food that’s meant to be lived with — reheated, shared, forgotten and remembered again.Think of these as scenarios, not promises. We decide the rest together. How We Begin
We start with a conversation.
You’ll be asked to share how you eat, what supports you, and what you’re craving more of—ease, grounding, variety, rest. From there, the kitchen takes shape around you.
Meals are prepared weekly, in limited capacity, and arrangements are made directly.
Weekly meal prep at Lelawatti’s begins at $225.
Final pricing is adjusted based on the level of care, customization, and support required, and is confirmed after the intake conversation.
An Invitation
If this feels aligned—
if you’re longing for steady nourishment made with attention—
you’re welcome to begin here, when you’re ready.
This is how we feed the week.A Note on Pace
Lelawatti’s is not a high-volume kitchen.
This work moves at a human pace, shaped by season and capacity. Some weeks may be full. Some seasons quieter. That slowness is part of the care.
